Army Men vs. Horned Melon

These are some studio pictures that I took with an overhead soft box and a hard light covered with a red gel. I was going for a full battle look, like the melon is attacking these small, green men for some unknown reason. I kind of like the third one. It gives a personal feeling. You kind of wonder, "Who is this army man? Why is he fighting that fruit? Why does a fruit like that exist, and why the hell do people eat it?"

Panda picture

So, this is a still-life i took of a panda piggy bank and a money tree. I guess that's pretty much it. I wanted it to look like the panda was staring awkwardly at you, because I thought it would look amusing.

Attempt at HDR photos (kinda)

So this was kind of my first try at traditional HDR with just the different shutter speed methods. I ended up editing them more in Photoshop because I wanted the greens to pop a lot. Anyways, I'm not overly thrilled with them, but it's a start.

PS: I can't figure out how the hell to put pictures neatly in a post.

gross

So I took some studio pictures of Crows candies. They are disgusting, but I thought the pictures came out well. Here's one of them....This is kind of a random post.

"Caz Cares"

I go to school and live at Cazenovia College for those of you who don't know. So after about two weeks of being told that maintenance would be cutting a hole in my wall to work on the building air conditioner, I was assured the hole would be no bigger than 3 feet and that the work would be done cleanly and it would barely affect my living convenience. Well, I come back to my room to find a hole in my wall bigger than my doorway, dry wall dust and insulation debris all over everything in my room: my sheets, my computer, my 360, my Wii, my television, my clothes, everything. And a nice, dirty footprint on my $80 shag rug.

Exit Sign Hilarity

These are kind of silly. The above is my favorite.

I stumbled on some pretty neat photos in my work time. They're a bunch of forced perspective photographs that look like they have been photoshopped, but none of them have. Check it out. For your health.

Here's something everyone can enjoy...
